We needed a complete overhaul of our website, specifically optimizing for conversions and creating a new look and feel that matched our new company positioning. Website hosting was able to be completed without needing too much additional help from previous web hosting/support partners, and done quickly within 2 months of starting the project.

The C42 team was incredibly responsive to all the concerns we had, any issues, and were proactive to ensure that everything was done on time. They used video calls, emails, and basecamp to make sure that we had visibility into the work they were doing and gave constant progress updates as well to make sure we knew what they were doing. The websites were migrated sooner than we expected and done without any issues. Additional concerns around the project that were brought up were quickly addressed and added to their queue, and their team members would respond to the issues within the next day, if not the same day. Ricardo and Amrendra have been great to work with and have gone out of their way to even reach out to a Plugin developer on a plugin that was vital to our business that had not been updated, and were able to get them to create a plugin patch in order to address security concerns they had.
