Some technical improvements were made that proved to be helpful.

We engaged them strictly for SEO, but after working with the company for nine to ten months, traffic did not see a meaningful, sustained increase. While traffic did spike momentarily, it quickly returned to previous levels and never recovered.

Design meets expectations

Team was on time, we did not feel like we were waiting on them. Team was also very flexible - we did some scope changes and it all was handled properly. Some minor tweaks were done under the original scope without a fuss and we appreciated that.

We certainly do not have a standard or typical business - some changes in design that would be best for a different business model just don't work for us. We appreciated that the design team learned a bit about our selling process and had good suggestions on how to change design to accomodate this.

A few more design templates for the Mega Menu that we could have picked from would have been nice. We customized the whole Mega Menu but it would have gone faster if we had more concrete examples or templates to see and play around live with in real time vs static mockups.
