We had a deadline for our website launch which meant that we had to follow a 5-6 month very tight project plan with deliverables on both sides.

Yes. Everything was on time. The team was very responsive.

They have worked with many other companies my size and companies who were bigger as well. They have a big team at Candybox.

Not in particular. We were new to going through this process. Candybox was sensitive to this. There was a lot to do on both sides to get this website launched.

We asked Candybox to build our 2023 Conference Website. We wanted something fresh and captivating - to elevate the user experience as well as to drive ticket sales.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Mahfuz, the Sr. Brand Strategist, gave us some great ideas that we implemented in the 2023 website design. Aaron, the Lead Web Developer, executed the design flawlessly. The website was completed within our very short-turn around time and at a very reasonable cost. The overall experience was very good.

The project was delivered on time and at a very reasonable cost. The project management was outstanding. They checked in with us throughout the entire process, ensuring that they were executing our vision properly. Any changes/updates that we requested were handled almost immediately. The team is extremely professional and polite; a pleasure to work with. They make things very easy and smooth.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The Candybox team is with you through the entire journey of the project. They make things very easy for their clients and they deliver outstanding work at a great price. I know I can trust them when we work together to give me great advice and engaging ideas. I know that they understand the urgency of my projects and will deliver on time and on budget.
