I’m the president of ClarityPoint Solutions, a technology and business transformation services company. We leverage AI, blockchain, and advanced analytics to help companies optimize productivity, manage risk, and achieve sustainable growth across diverse industries.

I hired Bullzeye Media Marketing to help me build my website.

I created the templates, and through regular collaboration, Bullzeye Media Marketing’s team built the pages as I wanted them. Because of the several service dimensions, case studies, and active blog I wanted to entertain, the build included some complex design phases that the team always had a good solution for. Bullzeye Media Marketing was responsible for the entire website implementation. I provided them with PowerPoint templates and specific instructions, and they built the website from scratch on my behalf and based on my templates.

We found them through an online search. Their pricing fit our budget, they were a great culture fit, and they offered good value for the cost.

We worked together from November 2024–January 2025.

We measured progress on the completion of specific milestones like page sections. The result was exactly how I envisioned my website to be.

The project's complexity and some project creep I introduced caused some of the milestone deadlines to be missed. However, we both learned from this great project together. I was really unexperienced in providing Bullzeye Media Marketing with the information they needed to perform well on some of the tasks I requested. I think my inexperience and the project's scope made it more complicated than expected, and I wish I had known that. With the experience I have today, I would probably approach this differently.Overall, I was satisfied with the work and support Bullzeye Media Marketing provided. They were really responsive to my questions and concerns. I really appreciated their professionalism.

As a small business, and I am small - a one woman business owner, I found them to be very patient with me, and allowed me to take my time in growing my business slowly. They were not pushy or aggressive, but they also helped me to see that I needed to move along in order to grow too. They helped me to see that I was ready to move to the next level but in a way that was encouraging with facts and information to empower me to move forward. They allowed me to be transparent about what I could do cost-wise, and met me where I was, then offered me their services at a great value. As I built my business, they started to come along with me, and offered me more when I was ready. It felt like they were growing with me.

A bit more proactive timeline updates or project milestone visibility (perhaps through a client dashboard or more frequent check-ins) could make the experience even smoother. That said, the team is always responsive and open to feedback, which goes a long way in maintaining trust and momentum.
