I’m the SVP of marketing at Transflo. We provide mobile, telematics, and business process automation solutions for the transportation industry, offering real-time communication, document digitization, and workflow optimization for fleets, brokers, shippers, and drivers.

We needed to refresh our website due to a brand refresh. We wanted to elevate the site and make it more modern with a clean aesthetic. We also wanted to make it more engaging and interactive.Additionally, we wanted to make sure we could accomplish the 5-second rule, which is to explain who we are, what we do, who we do it for, and why you should care within the first five seconds, and all above the fold on the homepage. We also needed to convey a high-level overview of our extensive product offering, which was no easy task.

We just launched the site, so it’s too new to share quantitative results. However, Transflo’s leadership and employees loved the new site. We had a tall order to accomplish, and Bop Design’s team exceeded our goal with the new design.

I’m the managing director of McClintock & Associates, a business services company. We provide an array of services to keep postsecondary education institutions across the US compliant with financial aid regulations.

We wanted to launch a new website that would make it clearer to visitors what solutions are available to help them. Our company has built a strong reputation and a large group of industry contacts who interact with us via webinars, monthly emails, conference presentations, etc. We had lots of website visits but not the volume of sales opportunities we desired. The new website was intended to provide ways for users to see themselves and the services we offer that clearly match up with the problems they are facing.

Bop Design has redesigned our brand messaging, recreated the sitemap, and improved the UX with an easier path to identify based on either the type of school or the type of service needed. The team has completed copywriting for 10 pages while also providing guidance and templates for us to use on the pages we were writing. Bop Design is also responsible for SEO across the website. Each phase of the project has been on time, and Bop Design has delivered a little ahead of schedule. We mainly communicate through virtual meetings.

A new website is a big project, but we always knew where the project stood and what was needed to deliver. When there are questions from either side, we get on a call and talk through them instead of going back and forth.

Some of our turnaround times have been pretty tight, but I’ve been driving them to finish ahead of the typical timeline outlined during our introductory calls.

We needed to refresh Conrac Solutions' current website to more effectively address our current service offerings.

Bop Design led the design, copywriting, development, and launch of our new website. Their work included incorporating SEO keywords and all desired functionality, such as an interactive map. They were responsible for everything except legacy items like old news articles.

I’m the VP of technology at Diamond Line Delivery Systems, Inc., a supply chain, logistics, and transport company. We’re an LTL carrier providing overnight freight delivery and distribution services across the Pacific Northwest, serving over 300 communities with a network of 17 terminals and advanced tracking technology.

We needed help with a website redesign and branding. The goal was to have a modern, professional site with two user journeys: one for existing customers to have easy and fast access to tools and one for new customers to be driven towards getting a quote.

Bop Design has helped us with our website redesign, branding, technology integrations, and project management. Regarding technology integrations, they’ve helped us integrate our website with our TMS via APIs and build a custom freight class calculator.
