Mall is a group of multibranch e-commerce stores originating from the Czech Republic and operating in several CEE countries, including Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, and Croatia.

From the beginning of our cooperation with Bluerank, the focus was almost entirely on Shopping campaigns. After a very successful 2017, revenue from those campaigns in the first half of 2018 was lower than in the corresponding period of the previous year.

Following implementation of the 3-D strategy, we enjoyed 137% more revenue, a 5% improvement in ERS, and a 58% increase in the assisted conversion value (year-on-year – H2/2018 vs. H2/2017).

We asked Bluerank to create a campaign that would address our customers’ new needs and behaviors caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Moreover, they have been providing our main office and car dealerships with performance marketing as well as Google Ads services since 2012.

The number of offers has increased by 7,85%, and the number of car deliveries to customers has risen by 36,66% (July 2019 vs July 2020). Comparing July 2020 to June 2020, Google Ads results MoM were: +34% more visits, +51% more leads, +64% more test drives.
