I’m the state director of a nonprofit organization focused on voter mobilization and education.

We hired Blackribbit to build a website for a coalition of 12 organizations focusing on citizenship and language access. The team spent time with each organization to understand their needs and build a user-friendly website in different languages.

Blackribbit was responsible for developing a working website with branding themes. The team also provided training, created standard operating procedures (SOPs), set up social media handles, and offered maintenance services. The website included language access and filter features to help users find organizations that offer support based on their needs.

We worked with four teammates from Blackribbit.

We met Blackribbit in person a couple of years ago at an event and stayed in touch. We considered several vendors, but Blackribbit was well-versed and methodical in asking questions about the project to provide the best proposal with an accurate timeline and pricing.

We hired Blackribbit for naming, branding, messaging, and corporate identity services. Our goal was to create a clear and consistent message that reflected who we were as a company. We wanted to simplify our message so that people could easily understand our value proposition.

Blackribbit provided branding and strategic development consulting services, focusing on our company's culture and brand messaging. Don’t be afraid of engaging in the areas that Blackribbit requests you to engage. Don’t be afraid of talking to your current and past clients about their impressions of you because it will change how you view what you do and how you do it. Following Blackribbit’s advice is key. Don’t question it; just do it because they really care. Nader doesn’t ask questions just to ask questions. Asking the questions, “Why would somebody want to work for you?” and “Why would somebody want to stay with you?” is pivotal.

I’m the owner of an architectural firm.

We’ve hired Blackribbit for branding services. Our goal is to boost our credibility to bring in new clients. We are trying to attract larger-name firms to our business, but this requires specific requirements and marketing, which we do not have time to accomplish internally.

We have a wonderful working relationship with Blackribbit; their team is incredibly knowledgeable. We wouldn’t do anything differently.

We’ve been in business for a while, but we never worked on our marketing and brand identity, so we needed someone to help us create these strategies. Additionally, we needed a website.

The Blackribbit team worked with us on our branding and marketing plans. We worked closely with them to build these strategies. They also created a new logo for us and helped us design some business cards and flyers.
