I'm the executive director of a non-profit organization. We represent more than 12,000 civil engineers in Texas, promoting civil engineering excellence through events, education, advocacy, and leadership development.

We have two websites and needed Alt Creative to be a knowledgeable technical resource for website backend maintenance and site template functionality and coding upkeep.

Alt Creative keeps the website UX looking and functioning well, as well as how the site functions on the backend. The site backend required too many workarounds to function correctly. Alt Creative had to recode the backend and add a few improvements while conducting the backend refresh. Regular site maintenance involves conducting plugin and widget updates, ensuring nothing breaks when updated & fixing any quickly, and fixing other site issues as they arise quickly.

We started working with them in 2019. The backend refresh was conducted in 2023. We still work with Alt Creative for regular site maintenance and adjustments, including website related integration/API and domain assistance.

The website serves our users better than ever and the backend functions as intended with no more workarounds. We no longer have to deal with page templates not working, awkward UX, or public appearance not being perfect. The best outcome was that we never had to settle for the site not doing what we wanted. Every time we conducted a page change, we were able to do exactly what we want and need.

Alt Creative's project management was excellent. Communication is just enough. Response to inquiries is quick and complete. The project was concluded on time. All help tickets are submitted via email and are always responded to quickly, usually within a few hours.
