We needed help building a web application to make it easier for us to close deals.

We discussed our requirements for the app with Airdev, and they submitted a proposal that met our needs. Then, they built the web application from scratch using Bubble. They created a feature that allows us to close deals more efficiently. They integrated Google Maps and APIs and linked the application to Stripe. They are also responsible for the design and continue to host and maintain the application.

I work with a designer, developer, project manager, and a company liaison is helping us with the launch phase.

We started working together in April 2022, and the engagement is ongoing as we prepare to launch in August 2022.

We haven’t launched the application yet, but it functions as we want it to. The APIs and Google Maps are integrated, which is what we wanted. Their design work is excellent. Our whole experience with Airdev has been positive. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

They are excellent in terms of project management. They’re very communicative, forward-thinking, and results oriented. They’re knowledgeable and know exactly what they’re doing. They’re always there for me when I have questions and can anticipate my needs.

Airdev developed a custom Bubble application for LuxPicnics that allows customers to browse curated picnic themes and build a personalized product kit. The project included setting up the Bubble app’s database and workflows, creating theme and product pages, enabling customers to remove, re-add, and swap items within categories, and connecting each product to its corresponding Amazon purchase link. The app was also designed to integrate seamlessly with the existing LuxPicnics Squarespace website and support future product and theme updates through CSV uploads.

The completed Bubble app provides LuxPicnics with a functional, scalable platform for customers to browse curated themes and customize their picnic kits. It successfully supports key interactions such as removing, re-adding, and swapping products, while directing customers to the correct Amazon purchase links. The app is now in the final testing and editing stage and is close to being ready for launch.

Airdev managed the project well and communicated clearly throughout the development process. Alejandro was responsive to questions, feedback, and changing requirements, and he worked collaboratively to translate the designs into a functional Bubble app. The team kept me informed of progress, addressed issues quickly, and remained flexible as we refined the product ahead of launch.

What impressed me most was Airdev’s ability to turn a highly customized idea into a functional Bubble app without requiring a traditional engineering team. Alejandro understood both the technical requirements and the customer experience we were trying to create. He was thoughtful, collaborative, and flexible throughout the process, especially as the product evolved and new details were refined.

Overall, I had a very positive experience. One opportunity for improvement would be providing more proactive guidance around Bubble best practices, technical tradeoffs, and potential limitations earlier in the process. As a nontechnical founder, having those recommendations upfront would have made it easier to finalize requirements and reduce adjustments later in development.

Narrative rebuild a Personnel Management System with AirDev's assistance and guidance. The system consisted of relying on the Bubble.io platform and AirDev's expertise in designing and implementing the UI/UX for the web-based application.

The Personnel Management System was built according to our specifications and was soft-launched with a select group of individuals to ensure its functionality was solid prior to going live. Individuals were able to successfully access the application, and we successfully exported the required reports.

The entire project was completed on time, on budget, and with a team-based mentality. We worked collaboratively with AirDev and responded to requests in a timely manner; AirDev reciprocated with prompt responses and guidance.

AirDev had knowledge of the Bubble.io environment and understood what we were trying to build, which made it relatively easy to design and build the end product. Overall, AirDev was focused on client satisfaction and worked diligently to bring the project to a successful completion.

We worked with Airdev to build the Dental Assisting U app, and they exceeded every expectation. The platform they developed is a fully featured online education system that combines video-based lessons, interactive quizzes, real-time progress tracking, and a powerful grading dashboard — all within a clean, intuitive interface. It allows instructors to manage students, monitor performance, and review assessments effortlessly, while providing students with a smooth, self-paced learning experience that works seamlessly across devices. From both a usability and performance standpoint, the app has been extremely stable, responsive, and well optimized.

We were able to streamline the entire training process for both instructors and students. What previously required multiple platforms — grading systems, shared drives, and video hosting — is now managed entirely within a single, efficient system. Instructor grading time was reduced significantly, and student engagement improved thanks to the interactive modules and progress tracking features.

Their project management was excellent throughout the entire process. They consistently delivered milestones on time and maintained clear communication at every stage. Even when challenges arose or adjustments were needed, they handled those discussions professionally and worked collaboratively to find effective solutions — even when the fixes weren’t simple. They were always fair with their time, transparent about progress, and kept the project within the projected budget. Overall, their ability to stay organized, responsive, and flexible made the entire development process smooth and productive.

What impressed me most about this company was their exceptional project management and ability to bring a complex product to life. Having worked with one or two other developers before, I was struck by how organized, communicative, and adaptable their team was throughout the process. The Dental Assisting U platform involves a lot of moving parts — grading systems, interactive modules, and real-time tracking — yet they managed to coordinate everything seamlessly. Their ability to keep the project on schedule while delivering such a polished, fully integrated product was genuinely impressive.

Honestly, I can’t think of any specific areas for improvement. The team at Airdev was responsive, organized, and thorough from start to finish. They handled challenges effectively and always kept communication clear and constructive. Overall, the experience exceeded expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.
