I’m a brand marketing specialist at Codeway. We’re a mobile app development company based in Istanbul, Turkey. We have a portfolio of over 60 mobile apps, and we specialize in taking AI models and turning them into products for various use cases. Our apps cater to different audiences, including students and photography enthusiasts.

We needed to revise and renew our website, which was outdated. Our goal was to create a new website that better represented our company to job applicants, investors, and other interested parties.

Adchitects has designed and developed our website from scratch. We worked closely with them during the design process. For design, they've used Figma, and for development, we've used Webflow. We’re still working with Adchitects to make adjustments and add more pages.

The first person I contacted was Michał, who directed me to Mateusz. I always work with Mateusz, who has been very helpful. Since the project has been ongoing for a long time, some developers have changed along the way. We started with a no-code developer, and after a year, he left Adchitects for another company. Adchitects assigned another no-code developer to us. Sometimes, they also bring in freelance developers if we need to work more.

We found them through research. We didn’t want to go with agencies in Turkey because we didn’t think they would be capable of doing what we wanted. As a result, we looked for agencies abroad. During that research, I found Adchitects on Clutch and chose them.

We’ve invested around $50,000.

We started working together in July 2023, and the engagement is ongoing. We divided the project into parts, and it has taken two years to finalize. We worked nonstop for the first year, but due to some internal strategic decisions, we put the project on hold. After two years, we've published the website.

Our website is not performance-focused; we see it as our portfolio and identity card. We don’t put too much emphasis on click-through rates. However, we plan to start gathering data. Since Codeway is a startup, we’ll figure things out along the way. We’ve talked with Adchitects about developing a structure to analyze data.

Adchitects' communication has been perfect, and that’s why we’re still working with them. If there were a problem with communication, we would change to another agency. We use ClickUp for creative tasks, briefs, and feedback. We also communicate via email.

Their biggest strength is communication. They’re always brief and know what to do. They also tell me what they can do and give me correct estimations before we start a project. Adchitects takes payments at an hourly rate. When I ask for something, they give me an approximate estimation of how many hours it will take. Most of the time, the estimation is close to the final budget.

Sometimes, they have to bring in freelancers to meet our expectations. If they had more in-house talent, we could move more quickly. However, I didn’t have any problems with the freelancers. Adchitects managed the process as smoothly as possible. It would be better if they also had in-house teams to allocate to our needs.

I don’t think any new clients will have any problems. Adchitects always explains themselves correctly and sets expectations as true as possible at the start. New clients will get any advice they need from Adchitects.

I’m the head of impact of Tech to the Rescue, a nonprofit organization in the social impact sector. Our mission is to help other nonprofits with technology. We’ve been on the market for five years now. We work as an ecosystem and as a matchmaker.

We needed support with our website.

Adchitects has translated our branding into a digital experience. We started by understanding how the branding would work for the website. Then, we created the whole user journey for various target groups. We went through a discovery session with five members of my team to understand our goals, how we define success, and what the blockers were.

Our website is a platform for 2,000 nonprofits all over the world seeking tech partners. Since the website has been live, 500 new tech companies have joined Tech to the Rescue.

They constantly meet their deadlines. It’s important for them as much as for us. We work remotely, so we use Slack. We have a separate channel where we collaborate and get updates. We also have check-in calls. Adchitects uses a project management tool on their end. They give us screenshots of where we are in the timeline.

Adchitects is an amazing, creative, and proactive, impact-driven organization with fantastic leadership. The CEO was personally invested during the discovery session, as he wanted to create something great for us. The atmosphere between their team members is also great. The three people we’ve worked with are still there, which is an indicator that everything’s okay.

No, there aren’t any. I’m really happy with what we’ve got because our website has grown in the last 12 months. The foundation they’ve given us is so great that we’ve been able to launch other landing pages and grow our presence naturally.

Invest time in the discovery workshop. This isn’t about ideating what you’re going to build. It’s about mapping the problems, the target groups, and the users of the platform. Adchitects facilitates the session themselves. They have a methodology. All you have to do is ensure that you have the right people in your team available for that session.

Adchitects has helped us create a top-tier website, which people have complimented and responded well to. The site has also helped with our web traffic and brand awareness. In fact, Adchitects has done creative things that other people don’t have, and we’ve received a lot of compliments on it, as well as a higher click rate. We've also received a network page that the network team loves.

Adchitects has been responsive and follows up with the project. A couple of times, they went over budget. Besides, we’ve had issues with project managers in the past, but Natalia has transformed our relationship with the team.

The design aspect of Adchitects’ work is impressive. The team creates beautiful websites..

A super custom website requires a lot of development, so it’s not as easy as something like WordPress. I recommend finding a more scalable platform. Additionally, there’s a lot of QA involved, so the QA process could be better.

Have your priorities in mind. If you plan on having people come in and out of the company, make sure you talk with Adchitects about the platform options that would make it the easiest for people to work with your website. Additionally, let the team be creative.

The project included designing and building a WordPress-based microsite to be deployed within our existing WordPress site. It would utilize reusable templates and blocks. The microsite would be tested on our staging site and then deployed to our production site. All design files and assets would be provided.

Delivered on time and within budget while meeting project specifications. There were no other measurable outcomes.

Project management was superb. Communication was never an issue, and the project was completed well within our specified deadline.

The expertise of the designer and developer assigned to the project was clear. Both were engaged throughout the scope of the project. The project manager was driven and maintained a positive and friendly outlook throughout.

The use of a WYSIWYG block was surprising and made editing a bit more challenging, but that may have been necessary in order to make other parts of the page work correctly. My only notes would be to talk through that decision first. And really, that's mostly picking nits. We were very happy with the project.

We struggled because we didn’t have a professional website. The company was expanding, so we wanted to take the site to another level and make it more informative so it could represent the stage we were in.

Adchitects has developed a WordPress website for us. We initially provided them with all the documents about our company and details about our history. We also gave them the marketing plan and complete brand book.

Many agencies can provide technical support, but we love Adchitects’ management. Everything has been transparent from the beginning. They always update the timeline, and we have 1–2 weekly meetings.

Our project manager has gone above and beyond. Also, Roxana (Product Designer) works on the website’s design, and she has done her best.

We like their people; they’re so friendly. We’ve been doing this project for a year, so it’s like they’re part of our company now. Adchitects is willing to go above and beyond for us, which we don’t find in many agencies.

You have to go through everything they submit. We’ve gone back and forth fixing bugs, mainly because they’re an English and Arabic version. They’re not the best people to deal with Arabic content.
