ADM's scope is to manage our performance marketing activities on Meta, Google, and Pinterest, maximizing sales generated from these platforms, along with ROI on each ad dollar spent. They are also required to develop all creatives and copywriting used in our ads on these platforms.

The project is still ongoing, and success is yet to be determined definitively. However, ADM has had a KPI of maintaining a minimum ROAS of 1.5, and so far, this target has been met more or less consistently.

The team's project management and communication have been outstanding. Deliberables are shared on time, and the team is extremely responsive to any questions and clarifications. The team has also been very willing to put in extra time during the first couple of months to ensure that we have a strong foundation and that all reporting needs and processes are functioning satisfactorily.
