Abstrakt Marketing Group does cold calls for us based on a vast database. Everything is tracked, recorded, and easy to review. The team genuinely cares about feedback and using it to improve results. The outbound calling side of things is something we’d never be able to manage in-house at this level. They bring insights and structure that most small teams don’t have.

We usually have one person who does our monthly meetings and check-ins for the sales side. I also communicate with another person for the marketing side. However, a whole team works on these things for us behind the scenes.

The communication and action points when we give feedback are impressive. There’s a ton of opportunity for feedback, and they encourage us to use it. They really personalize everything to us. I also love that they send out emails with their nurture program.

With the marketing side I still sometimes have to make a lot of basic edits to deliverables. The sales side works so closely with us that they know a lot about what we do, but the marketing side sometimes gets basic things incorrect that I feel like they should know after a 5 year partnership.

Abstrakt Marketing Group has delivered on time and on budget, and they communicate well with us. They use Salesforce, which is very good. We also communicate via email, text, and telephone.

They’re highly qualified and understand the industry. The individuals assigned to us are able to pivot from one direction to another based on the questions being asked from the prospective customers.

They do a much better job reporting on the phone calls they make than on the emails they send. If they could do the same with their email communication, it would really help. Still, this is not an exact science, and their team's ability to be consistent while relying on reciprocal maintenance from the customers overshadows any improvement needed.

There’s a lot of pre-work that needs to be done. You have to have a sales strategy and segment the market. You can’t just go to Abstrakt Marketing Group and say, “Go ahead and make calls and get me sales.” You have to come up with a market segmentation that is very succinct and focused on your target audience. They want to be a strategic partner.

Their services and deployment exceed what we can do in-house.

Calling cadence is not as consistent as we'd like it - not sure why it seems to ebb//flow... and sometimes unqualified leads make it through and the other issue has been scheduling appointments results vary.
