While Wolfpack did a great job guiding the process, there’s room for even more support early on—particularly in recognizing the founder's limited background in software development. Offering additional explanations of core development processes, along with more context around time and budget implications, could have made the collaboration feel even smoother and more accessible from the start.

Wolfpack was brought on to support a large legacy system that was originally built in 2012 as we planned to sunset the platform while continuing to maintain it for existing clients/users. Key deliverables were continued monthly support to tackle the backlog of small improvements and bug fixes while helping support and analyze potential larger maintenance steps such as core system upgrades to support the sunset timeline.

Outcomes were difficult to define due to the absence of a fixed project timeline. However, success was measured by maintaining consistent platform uptime, ensuring a positive user and client experience, promptly addressing security issues, sustaining a reliable CI/CD pipeline, and preserving adequate test coverage levels.

Projects were handled promptly and delivered on time, requiring minimal input from our side. Timelines consistently aligned with initial estimates. The only limitation stemmed from the contract, which allowed jobs initiated at the end of a month’s allocation to roll into the following month.

I found it incredibly easy to work alongside the team as if they were just part of our organization and were very open to collaborating throughout the process from planning to execution.

Due to the nature of how our SDLC works we required planning ahead of time for when work was going to be done/released which we were able to work through together but likely should have been something discussed during the contracting.

Wolfpack developed on existing UI/UX designs but improved and iterated them. They successfully connected candidate databases to our recruiters' needs and allowed candidates to accept data requests in real time on the app. After a candidate agrees to share their info, the data is displayed on the recruiter dashboard, and the candidate automatically gets paid from a secured Fireblocks wallet infrastructure. Wolfpack also made admin dashboards for us to manage the platform, add users, and change global variables.

Consistent updates on the progress of the app and the eventual release of the products to the market. The ability for everything to work, 'real time' is also a key part of our success.

Given the technical complexity of the solution, there were delays, but Wolfpack did a good job communicating the progress and need to us and mostly staying around the budgets we had expected.

They learn and solve problems throughout the project with ease. There never felt like there was a technical issue we couldn't solve working with Wolfpack.

Issues with Wolfpack have mostly been minor and they adjusted to our feedback right away.
