I am Prajina Deepak, Owner of Mud and Clay. I have planned a venture which is to promote Mud Products for Homely needs. In order to make a global presence, I’ve planned for an E-Commerce website.

We have contacted Web India Solutions to develop an E-Commerce website and our online promotion through social media to improve sales through the online platform.

The main goal was to develop a compelling and attractive website and to promote that website through social media. We wanted the design to be pleasing to the eye that would inspire the users. And we wanted to integrate an e-Commerce platform and promote our business through Social Media.

As I was the previous Employee of Web India Solutions, and when later planned for my dream business I hadn’t had a second thought.

When I planned for an E-Commerce website I called the CEO of Web India Solutions and explained my plan and requirements and my aim with that e-commerce platform. Also, I’ve discussed my plan for Digital Marketing through social media platforms

I directly spoke with their CEO, My Previous boss, from there I hadn’t need to talk with developers or the Digital Marketing team even though they were my previous colleagues.

I am very much happy in the initial stage itself with the website design. Social Media Marketing works earned more than 100 new clients for me.

My firm is a full fledged Hotel in Kottayam, South India by the name Hotel Aida. We are into hospitality business for over three decades. I represent in the hotel in the capacity of Partner and the incharge for Marketing and IT.

We wanted to develop a fresh looking and functional website for the hotel to portray the right impression to the customer and drive more sales. The SEO was done to ensure that our website hits the first page in Google search for the search keywords relevant to us.

The website came out well. The design elements were quite impressive, namely the color shades used, font, graphics/templates etc. The mobile friendly resolution and good response speed were also achieved to our satisfaction.

I was directly involved with the Web India Solutions team during the development phase. The single point front end coordinator assigned to us was quite effective in communicating our requirements/feedback to their back end teams. In situations where we had challenges, Mr. Abraham got involved himself to come out with the best solutions to address our requirements.

Testing of Website features well before launch. We had issues with the Enquiry Forms, which got corrected only after we reported the issues, after launch of the website. The issued could have been resolved before launch, had they tested it very well, end to end.
