Viha Digital Commerce Private Limited develops Magento extensions for us and helps with website changes for both Magento 1 and Magento 2.

We were looking for a reliable party that could be of quick service for a manageable price.

We got in contact with them via Freelancer. Since then, we’ve been doing business directly with them for over two years.

As mentioned earlier, they have had several projects underway for us. For one project, they built a working extension that would serve as a POS environment for a Magento 2 website. In this environment, users could buy items in the store, and it would take it out of the online shop stock. In addition, it made it possible to utilize all the benefits of Magento 2 to process orders.

The team consists of desk people who all use their own expertise. They’re very skilled.

Our requests are always met. Work is done quickly and accurately. And, if there are minor imperfections, quick action is taken to achieve the desired result.

We communicate about the whole project via Skype. Outstanding tasks are monitored by means of a document. The Hypernode server serves as the test environment.

I’m impressed by the speed and service level with which they work. They’re always on standby for moments when we need them.

If there is one small thing they can improve, it is the need to clean up old files and backups on a server after a job is done. But our knowledge allows us to do that ourselves.

We are a retail chain company specializing in optical products. I’m the head of marketing.

We wanted to hire a Shopify expert to improve our website in many different aspects. They needed to be experts in liquid coding and any other coding relevant to Shopify.

We were looking to make improvements to the site to increase conversions. We had particular requirements for the site’s overall look and wanted to boost page speed.

We came across them on a freelance website and have been using them ever since.

They edited our product pages to look in a particular way, with block edits and other theme element edits. They also did similar edits to the collection pages. Finally, they added elements to the home page before creating new pages and landing pages.

I dealt with a salesperson who would then effectively communicate our requirements to one of their developers.

They provided great work and met my expectations. They were also very flexible with any amendments.

It was just me dealing with the salesperson. They would communicate back and forth with the developer, which was effective and timely.

I was impressed with their Shopify capabilities. They helped create many aspects that I thought we would need additional apps for, which saved us money.

Perhaps they should consider increasing their team size and getting another developer. On a few occasions, they would have lots of work, and it would take a bit of time for them to get back to me.
