Victorious was uniquely tasked with helping us migrate over to and launch a brand-new website (from scratch!) soundly from an SEO perspective. Their expertise in content, auditing, web development, keyword strategy, and even blog writing has been second-to-none. We've relied heavily on their point of view, and they've never failed to provide us with data-driven, thoughtful, and realistic advice.

So far, the measurable outcomes have been qualitatively measured, but shouldn't be overlooked. Victorious has allowed us to stay on track—and in some instances, ahead of schedule—thanks to their open and fast communication via Slack and routine meetings. We've become more confident as a company to make better decisions within this project scope thanks to the time and attention the Victorious team has spent on educating us and collaborating on solutions. The Victorious team spends ample time before each meeting ends discussing deliverables, confirming deadlines, and closing the loop on various project aspects. They're consistently on time and respectful of our deadlines, and always keeps us in the loop on how things are progressing. We utilize Slack for most of our communication, and the fast (and quality) responses are always appreciated. It's almost like they're in-house!

Deliverables were always delivered, but not timely or predictably. They would happen at any given time rather than meeting maditory deadlines. Made it hard to keep track of things and ensure deliverables were met.

The people are warm, knowledgeable, and engaging. They are supported by even more knowledgeable people behind the scenes. They want to meet often and are willing to discuss things through.

A stricter more reliable cadence of when deliverables would be delivered. But if their sporatic approach means they are taking more time and care than just hitting deadlines, I wouldn't see my suggestion as an improvement.

There were delays in delivering promised items: content, audit results, and recommendations. Also, in many cases, the deliverables were sent at the very last moment - the last day of the month, sometimes even the last hour of the month.

I didn't find anything impressive about Victorious except for the great work of their sales team. I wonder why my experience is so different from what I see in other reviews, but it is different.

I would recommend that the Victorious team be more responsible and committed to the promised results, timelines, and scope of work. I recommend they take a more proactive approach to the client's challenges rather than reactive and passive. I recommend they show a more client-oriented approach and be more specific when providing any recommendation rather than delivering super generic advice that can be found in any SEO guide.
