What stood out most was their strategic approach combined with a strong attention to brand integrity. They demonstrated a clear understanding of how branding, design, and digital execution work together, and showed consistent care in maintaining coherence across all touchpoints.

As with any complex collaboration, clearer upfront alignment on timelines and priorities could further improve efficiency. Overall, opportunities for improvement were minor and did not impact the success of the project.
