Taktikal was contracted to optimize our Amazon global listings and to create and manage Amazon ads.

Our Amazon global listings are now highly optimized thanks to Taktical's expertise. We have succesfully created our A+ and Premium A+ content and have established a sound Amazon ads strategy. Our Amazon sales are up 20-25%.

Projects are consistently delivered on time and often exceed expectations on professionalism. Our account rep is very knowledgable and very responsive to our needs.

Our Taktical rep is extremely responsive as well as being very familiar with Amazon sales strategy.

We do wish we could establish a retainer/payment model that is more reflective of our performance. We find that the base retainer is high and sometimes difficult to justify given the perfomance of our products on Amazon. This is not reflective of the work that Taktical does for us, but more so the market conditions in our category. We would more easily be able to consider Taktical a "lifelong partner" if our fees were more directly correlated to our sales performance. Having said that, we understand that the challenges we face are external.

The project was separated Into 2 parts. One was the creation of "flows" and the other was campaigns. They were to deliver 4-6 emails a week and set up all of our core flows for common interactions on our e-commerce stores

They delivered on time, and all the deliverables were met. However the quality of the work was not blowing me away. It felt like I was an account that received 3 hours of attention a week. They'd respond but they certainly didn't go above and beyond

Yes. It was outrageously priced at $3500 a month to write 4-6 emails. It didn't really add much to our list and contributed maybe a few thousand in sales and we didn't even get a 50% ROI. Also the email designs didn't look like they were don't by a "professional" I was shocked. I could have done better myself with 10 min of time

Taktical mostly delivered items on time and responded to requests for data or support. They have always been quick to respond to any last-minute requests or deployment changes.

I've appreciated that they are able to collaboratively strategize by supporting us across SEM and SEO. However, this was something that we had to request of their teams, despite us having support from both sides for several years.

Taktical has consistently had errors with attention to detail, resulting in incorrect assets, budgets, and timelines.
