We’ve had good results. It’s still a work in progress and has a long way to go to fully meet our expectations but that’s mostly regarding internal processes. There’s still some resistance to going digital, although I would still have expected to start seeing better results by now.

They’ve had very good communication. The project manager is always pending, and we’ve had some delays but they have been mostly from our side.

They have good skills but the results we’ve had haven’t been as good as I expected in closing sales, so I guess they could still do more in that regard.
