We engaged Solveit to design, build, and launch the MVP of our v2b platform, which includes both a mobile application and an accompanying web-based admin portal. Their scope covered end-to-end product delivery: requirements refinement, UX/UI design, technical architecture, development, testing, and deployment.

The primary measure of success for this engagement was getting a functional MVP into the hands of our employees, and they delivered on that. They shipped the first version of the v2b iOS app to the Apple App Store (via unlisted distribution) and provided an Android build, which allowed us to roll out an internal pilot across the company. We were able to complete our initial launch.

Their project management was solid and responsive to our needs. They organized the work into phases and milestones, and kept us updated through regular check-ins. In general, they delivered key items on time, and when we requested changes or added scope that impacted the original timeline, they were transparent about the implications and adjusted the plan accordingly.

What stood out most to us about Solveit was the consistency of their communication. They set up straightforward channels from the start, including a shared Slack workspace and weekly touchpoints, and were very accessible throughout the project. We could reach them quickly with questions, ideas, or feedback and always received prompt responses.

We didn’t encounter any major issues or clear areas where they fell short. More general to working with any outsourced development partner, it’s important to be extremely clear and detailed about requirements and priorities up front, and to keep validating assumptions as you go. Solveit was receptive whenever we clarified or evolved our expectations, and those conversations helped keep the project on track.

We wanted to create a website for our brand SwedishCandy.com to sell direct to consumer. We gave the Solveit team our scope which was based on some of our competetion and what we currently had at that time. We gave them further guildelines on colors and fonts. The team presented everything to us in a couple of days time and it was truly amazing what they had to show. They also gave us multiple variants to choose from in terms of fonts, photos and icons. Sometimes we could even ask them to find something in between one and another font and they would create it for us.

We have a website that we are very happy with. I think the team successfully delivered across the board for a beautiful converting e-commerce store.

Yes they delivered on time, most of the communication was through Figma. We would leave a comment and they would answer after a couple of hours. Very happy with their project management and communication.

I was very impressed by their designer Tatiana, she was very quick on both communication and delivery. Overall I think the company had a good grasp of what we were trying to do and translated that into the design of the website which I appreciate as a customer. They are also quite a dynamic team, which comes with a lot of flexibility and speed.

Overall I'm very happy with them. Would be good to have some tips and tricks for making the store more conversion-focused.
