I was looking for a kickstart in social media campaigns to grow my business on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Also, our creative collateral had to be up to the standard.

ShootOrder provided end-to-end social media digital platform services to us in terms of planning promotions on social media, deciding the timing in terms of creativity, and identifying what should go into the creative. They also helped us identify and make efforts to reach our target audience. Their team handles Google Ads and SEO. They also built our website on WordPress. We had an existing website, but they did a completely new look and feel.

I work directly with one person who is my main point of contact. The owner is involved if a very high level of discussion is required.

I was introduced to them by one of my close friends who is very hands-on in terms of their e-commerce business. He had worked with ShootOrder in the past.

Their team delivered the results in terms of lead generation. We get good feedback from our customers and have seen growth in the business and leads. My team was able to convert those leads into business. We take more of a consultative approach if people are looking for a destination, what to do, what to eat, and where to go. We are specialized in that.

They give us weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly reports. We have discussions based on how our campaign is performing and what the future looks like. We do strategic planning with ShootOrder as well.

ShootOrder used to come with a lot of their initiatives and established with a proper plan. They have hands-on experience in terms of reach, Google Ads, who to target, how much the budget should be, as well as the timing of the promotions. They have expertise in those areas.

Their time management needs to improve. If the timelines are set, they need to deliver within that time because time is very precious in terms of business. If I’m to launch a campaign on a particular date, it cannot be delayed. They always deliver good quality, but they need to deliver within the set times. I’m responsible for that too and need to give them enough time to come up with an execution plan. I wouldn’t blame them if I gave a short notice. Overall, it was good.

I’d definitely recommend them to others so they can benefit from their expertise. For anyone who wants to grow their business digitally, Shoot Order is a reliable company and cost-effective as well.

I’m the marketing manager of an auto dealer.

We were looking for a marketing agency.

ShootOrder took over all our traditional marketing projects, including Google Ads and social media management.

I have constant interactions with four people from their team, including Rajat (CEO). Naveen (Digital Marketing Consultant) is the project lead.

We needed to find a digital agency, so I searched for well-performing companies in Hyderabad. I found ShootOrder.

We started working with ShootOrder in the fall of 2016.

Our focus has been increasing our presence across different digital spaces. ShootOrder has performed very well. They’re able to deliver content and make quick updates. Their team gives us innovative ideas on lead generation and customer engagement. They’re also prompt when it comes to reporting.

The communication is always through me. They send us weekly and fortnightly reports on keywords and social media activity. I submit those to my management.

We’ve seen an increase in Facebook likes and impressions, and our online orders have increased from around $100 to $1,000 per month. We’re on the first page of Google for certain keywords as well.

They share Excel reports with us through Google Drive, covering all the metrics. Their team also prepares documentation for the monthly review meeting, which makes everything easy to understand. There are technical aspects I wouldn’t understand if they didn’t frame them in laymen’s terms.

They’re pretty serious about their job, and they optimize the cash we give them. They identify parts of the media spend that are unnecessary and advise us about it.

Their creative execution could be improved, in terms of social media posts. It’s just about mediocre, and I think it could be improved.

They should be very clear about what they want out of Shoot Order. Having too many objectives can lead to confusion. If there’s a certain task at hand, it should be made clear to them to get the best output.

Merakhata provides services in the finance and taxation advisory area. Most of our customers come to us with issues related to accounts, taxation, and auditing. I’m the founder and CEO of the company.

We went to them for digital marketing services. The biggest challenge at the time was getting an online presence for our business. We knew that digital marketing plays an important role in this, and ShootOrder was a renowned agency in our location.

Their major contributions are for SEO, social media marketing, and website development. They provide services for Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. The focus there is to get brand value and awareness among people. They’re managing our social media profiles and providing content for those pages on a regular basis.

The project manager is the reach-out person for us, and there’s a team of 4–5 people that takes part in our meetings. We go to a single person for anything and everything.

We wanted to enter the market aggressively, and our motive was to get funding ASAP. For that, we needed a good amount of followers to attract venture capitalists. That’s why we decided to choose the best agency that was available at that time.

The overall cost so far has been $10,000–$15,000.

The results were great in terms of SEO. Right now, we’re ranking first or second in our target area. We’ve beaten all our competitors. Our ranking has held steady for the last six months for certain keywords that are very important in our industry.

We’ve been associated with them for about one and a half years, and it’s impossible to run a project without any hiccups. If something goes wrong on their side in terms of project management, the CEO will personally pitch in and help resolve the issue. The reason we continue working with them is that they solve problems immediately.

Their CEO is available to me whenever there’s a concern. I don’t need to reach out to different people in the organization. I can just go to their CEO and get a resolution in 1–2 days. The second thing is the cost aspect. I’ve tried other vendors as well and I’ve always found ShootOrder to be the best in terms of cost.

Nothing’s perfect, and they could use some improvement on the execution side, but any concerns I’ve raised were resolved in a small span of time. Experience plays a big role, and the project manager sometimes doesn’t have enough experience to understand our situation.

The personal touch is their best quality. Whenever I have an issue, I can just call their CEO directly. I don’t have to go through a call center or wait for a long time.

CountryOven.com is in the bakery business. One of our verticals is the e-commerce vertical, where we provide gifting for consumers where people can buy gifts for their family and friends online. I am the Chief Executive Officer.

Within e-commerce, there are major channels for which we get visitors to the website. SEM [search engine marketing] has provided for a large reason for our traffic. Before ShootOrder, we did not have these kinds of results.

We work with them on SEO. They have helped us do much better in terms of ranking for specific keywords. They have helped us reach the top position for most of the cake related keywords. Cakes are more than 80% of our revenue. The services they are providing are SEO and SEM.

We spend $5,000 to $10,000 per month.

The relationship is ongoing. It’s been a year and a half since we’ve been working with them.

We use Google Analytics to measure metrics. There has been good growth in our search engine traffic over a year on year basis. The numbers are much better now.

I feel they’re well-organized, stick to the timelines, and their promises. They’re very prompt. I email them and they respond quickly.

The head of ShootOrder is a young guy and is very hungry for business. He’s always on the go. He makes sure that he talks to our team about the feedback once a month to make sure we are happy with them. They&also have a very good knowledge of their core business - SEO. They constantly work with our technology team about the new changes that are required.

They could get into other areas of digital marketing. We haven’t worked with them in other areas.
