The scope of the work is to brainstorm, conceptualise, conduct user research, and create UX and UI designs for a complex B2C and B2B app. The key deliverables include user research reports and UI/UX design files for the apps.

We have over a million downloads of the app on the Google play store, with about a 4.2/4.3-star rating.

They are highly responsive to our needs and requests, but the time of delivery of items is sometimes a negotiation given the constraints. Some of their project managers are proactive and manage work, timelines, and communication very effectively while others could do better.

They are great at being open to feedback and working within constraints, which is essential for a design agency where a lot of brainstorming, creativity, and back and forth is required.

The project management team can take up more responsibility. The designers could share more evidence while suggesting UX and do a better job of keeping the app constraints in mind.

We were starting to build a consumer facing neo banking application that offers various products like - PPI wallet, cards, CASA, Loan, Investment, etc. The key challenge was to define the character and personality of the app - esp for our relevant TG. I am a senior digital marketing manager for an infrastructure development company located in Bombay, India. I lead the website design process.
