Their scope of work includes in-depth keyword research across our core practice areas (long-term disability, long-term care, ERISA, and insurance litigation), on-page optimization for existing and new website content, and strategic content development aligned with search intent. They also manage technical SEO initiatives, including site audits, page-speed optimization, and site-health monitoring, as well as link-building and authority development through high-quality, relevant placements. In addition, Rankings.io delivers regular performance reporting and strategic recommendations, allowing us to track rankings, traffic, and lead growth and refine strategy over time.

Through this engagement, we achieved and consistently maintained top-of-page Google rankings for many of our most competitive practice-area keywords. As a result, organic website traffic increased by approximately 40–60% year over year, and qualified inbound leads from organic search grew by roughly 30–50%. Improvements to site structure, content performance, and domain authority also strengthened long-term SEO performance, reducing reliance on paid channels and supporting sustained growth.

We came to Rankings.io to increase our online visibility. This included LSA, Google maps, organic and PPC campaigns. Within all of this, Rankings.io rebuilt our website to make it more user and Google friendly. Additionally, Rankings.io was tasked with providing future outlooks and strategies for maximizing trends to grow our online visibility, increase traffic, increase leads and ultimately, increase signed cases

We were assigned John Lowe as our Acccount Manager and from day 1, he has been on top of our account. We have at least 2 calls/month and email frequently. John provides up to date results showing increases in visibility and traffic. John and his team continue to update content and refine approaches to all campaigns. We have seen a fivefold increase in our DR in approximately 1 year with Rankings.io. As a client who continually reviews where we stand and leads/cases in the door, John hears from us frequently. Being proactive rather than reactive. Rankings.io seems to stay ahead of the times and analyze things from the stand point of, "OK, this is working now but what will be working in 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24 months from now" so that we continue to grow and not fall behind the trends and what is working digitally. A great example of this is AI and what we should do in order to maximize our AI visibility. And, thr results we have seen in a short amount of tme speak for themselves.

I am obsessed with LSA and LSA seems to drive our leads and case acquisition. We have seen a dip in LSA visibility and would like to see that rebound but I have also come to learn that LSA is a very different animal. I do know that John and team and constantly reviewing LSA and refining to ensure we stay at or near the top.

The scope was the overall improvement to local, seo, paid search, and overall new wanted lead generation. They covered everything digital.

We have significantly increased our wanted leads and signed cases. We also have brand new marketing sources that we're signing up clients from like Meta.

They were very timely overall. Harrison in particular has been Johnny-on-the-spot with getting us answers to our questions or brainstorming ideas on how to continue improving.

Really it has been the customer service that has been impressive. We do feel valued in our partnership as if Harrison in particular has taken on our goals as his own.

We have found that PPC management to be one area that has been a little lack luster. I do believe it is in part what Google has done to their bidding strategy and Rankings has been keen to swap our strategist when needed and our strategy by pivoting spend within the campaign and trying new ideas. However, that is one area that we would like to see continued improvements on.

I would rank the quality of their project management very high. Communication is one of their strong points. We communicate via email and messaging apps.

Increased online presence

Project management has been excellent. Harrison is a pleasure to work with. They are very responsive to feedback and any concerns. Work was consistently delivered on time. Regular Zoom meeting to catch up on KPI and work being done, including adjustments that they recommend based on how things are proceeding. Monthy reports with showing the good and the bad, so we knew what areas needed improvement.

They are focused on the legal field and specifically increasing the number of new cases. They are very much one-stop shopping, Local SEO, GBP, link building, improving website credibility rating, cleaning up our website, removing old content, and providing updated, more SEO friendly content. They were able to help with the growth of all three of our offices, including one that was just opened.
