PowerGate provides web and mobile application design and development services to redevelop and enhance and existing client-server advanced AI automation platform onto a modern web and mobile technology platform. Work is planned and developed using agile sprints. Enhancement and changes to priorities are incorporated during sprint planning with QA and assurance activities being conducted by PowerGate and then Pinnacle.

The application design is conducted using Figma. The agreed design is then estimated using Jira work items and prioritised into 2 weekly sprints. This includes web from end and SQL server database. Development progress is measured with delivery of working application every 2 weeks and ongoing review by Pinnacle in conjunction with the PowerGate development lead. As a QA organisation, Pinnacle then verifies the application internally.

Project management is provided through the development lead in conjunction with Pinnacle's product owner. Items are usually delivered on time, with any delays being notified in advance. Note that delays tend to be an extra day when an area is more complex that originally planned. PowerGate have been very responsible to changing priorities and including enhancements into the development roadmap.

PowerGate's strengths have been strong technical expertise, experience in developing similar applications, regular and accurate status and progress reporting. Commercially, They provide a cost-saving solution against other delivery regions. PowerGate also appointed a client delivery executive with weekly input into the development roadmap and to provide an escalation path should any issues arise.

Key Deliverables Design Phase: In this phase, PowerGate collaborated intimately with JYNK to meticulously delineate the platform's functional requirements. Furthermore, the emphasis was placed on crafting a UI/UX design, ensuring the platform is both efficient and user-centric.

PowerGate meticulously crafted a design project plan and adhered to the predetermined milestones. Weekly meetings were convened to address requirements and resolve queries, culminating in a comprehensive end-of-week progress summary.

We had the capability to directly access the Figma product, offering real-time guidance on necessary modifications. The entire process was seamless and user-friendly.

As the real estate market is returning to growth, the investor finds it much harder to review and decide whether to sell or purchase a property. In addition, there are too many risks when determining because of the over-flow information and the quality of its source. As a result, we hired this team to develop a custom solution to deal with that difficulty. Our goal was to bring this idea to life to help the investors get the information they need before making a decision. It needed to have AI to collect data and analyze it automatically.

We found them on Clutch and considered them along with 4 other vendors. Because the project was our highest priority and needed AI, we needed a tech partner capable of building custom software and training AI and budget-friendly.

They designed and developed the application and website for us. The project manager worked closely with us to understand our goals and objectives behind this project clearly, and thereby devised a strategy to configure and launch our product to the market. Their use of agile project management also meant that we could see the software's build-out and test it at multiple milestones. We also scheduled calls to track progress every week and communicate over small details through Slack and Skype. The ML developers' knowledge was awe-inspiring.

I am the co-CEO of an online learning platform. Basically our site is to help students learn and solve math problems.

We already had a website but did not have much experience with a mobile app. We wanted to create a user-friendly and interactive one since our users range from primary to high school students.

We did some online research and found Powergate Software. They have considerable experience in both web and mobile app development, and the price they offered us was competitive compared to other companies.

We developed the app in android, IOS and Backend. We had a kickoff meeting in the beginning and every week we scheduled calls for tracking the progress. We also used Slack to communicate over small details.
