We've been working with Power for many years, and the scope of the work has changed over time. We initially hired them for help with SEO. Our website was not ranking well, and sales were low. During the first few years, they help optimize the site, link building to other complimentary sites, social media content creation and scheduling, some ad word work on Google, blog topic creation, competitor analyses, suggestions and delivering site updates, GMB optimization, etc.

The measurable outcomes that we look at are the number of booking and revenue we've collected throughout the years. Since the start of the project, the amount we were paying for Power's services was not going to allow us to cover 6 months of payment and expenses, and after they started, sales started to climb. Sales have climbed about 20% each year, with some years exceeding 40% from the prior year.

They exceed all expectations on our project deliverables, and even go further to make adjustments to our plan and scope of work when things get stagnant. Management is stellar, and it's the main reason we continue to work with them. Not to mention, we feel as though they truly have the best interest in mind for our small business. They respond promptly, and don't take long to answer questions or to our requests.

The most impressive quality about Power is their attention to detail and their customer service. We've had only a few team members work on our projects, and each one showed a true passion for their work and their company. The team is very insightful, smart, swift, and easy going. It's apparent that the internal management is paying close attention to their employees, and guiding them so that they are staying on top of trends, updates and the health of our website and reputation.

We've had wins and some losses while working with Power. The wins outnumber the losses, however. We were bummed when our PPC campaigns didn't work, or when the CRO team updated some elements to the website, and we didn't see much from that work, or when Google updated their algorithm and it set us back quite a few spots on keywords. But, I'm not sure that any of this was in their control. They pivoted fast, and made changes immediately. The wins, however...we keep growing, and each year has been the best year yet since 2022 - after the Pandemic.

They are always very responsive and attentive to our needs. They go above and beyond to support us in every aspect of our partnership. When we have ideas, they are open to hearing them and offering advice on what can be executed, what cannot be executed and why, and how we can get creative in testing.

They are incredibly talented, super knowledgeable and very creative. Our team is always impressed with the ideas they bring to the table. Whenever they have ideas, their ideas are always backed with plenty of data to support the "why" behind them so there is never a question about where the ideas came from. We can always trust that they will execute and deliver, and they always show results.

We have yet to see any areas in which they could improve upon. They have been stellar throughout our entire relationship thus far!

Power Digital has excellent project management functions. We regularly get deliverables that are above and beyond what we've asked for. They constantly bring a strategic lens to our programming that improves our ability to impact the business.

Power Digital has high level business and marketing acumen. They quickly understanding the inner workings of the business and how to impact the business through the levers they manage.

Their efforts have facilitated hundreds of media placements and increased our website traffic exponentially. Our email marketing efforts have improved significantly; we’ve reached 5,000 subscribers over a few months and increased our click-through rate.

Power has been a very thorough, organized partner; they’ve delivered everything on time and within budget. The team has orchestrated a seamless, streamlined communication process. Their cross-team communication and synergy have blown us away; I’ve never seen a team work so well in tandem with one another.

We’ve been most impressed by Power’s unique perspective on the marketing landscape. Instead of simply executing our asks, they’ve thought outside the box and contributed valuable expertise to the project.
