I’m the office manager at Lighthouse Windows. We’re a construction company that replaces windows and doors. We also do some repair work, but our main focus is on the installation of windows and doors in residential homes.

We needed a website. We’re a small, family-owned business that has always relied on word-of-mouth referrals. However, the industry has become more competitive, and we’ve known for years that we needed a website.

We worked together from November 2024–January 2025. We plan to hire them for advertising later on, so we hope it will be an ongoing partnership.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We don’t have exact numbers, but we definitely received a lot more leads. People could contact us through the website, and we saw a significant uptick in leads from that. We also had people call and say they saw us on the website. It’s not just leads; this website also helped us close sales because we seemed more legitimate and professional. Overall, we saw a growth in business since launching the website.
How did Power Couch Media perform from a project management standpoint?
Power Couch Media met deadlines and stayed on budget. Everything was right on time, especially with the holidays. We mainly communicated via phone calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They were very patient. We never had a website before, so it could be difficult to convey what we wanted. However, Power Couch Media went above and beyond to look at other websites from our competitors and see the pros and cons.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there wasn’t anything. Power Couch Media was very responsive to everything, including questions and requests for tweaks.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Ask as many questions as possible. No question is a dumb question. They’re nice about everything, and if you don’t understand something, they’ll explain it thoroughly.
