We worked with Plavno to create an app from scratch. We needed a team of engineers and designers to help us with the project. After agreeing on the scope and estimate, they started with mockups and design, which looked great. They also offered us the option to use their pre-built customizable platform, PlavnoNova, for developing the admin panel. One thing that really impressed us was that the admin panel could be managed using an AI chatbot. This chatbot allows content managers to add products and prices, generate reports, and more, all without having to leave the chat window. We found this feature to be very useful and convenient. Overall, we were very impressed with Plavno's capabilities and would recommend them to anyone looking for a team to help them develop an app. They were professional, responsive, and efficient in their work. The Plavno platform already had some essential modules, such as products and filters, order tracking, and more. The back-end engineers were able to customize these modules to meet our specific needs, which saved us a lot of time and money. In addition, Plavno's AI was able to generate personalized recommendations for our subscription-based meal kit delivery service. This feature used user data to create unique subscription plans that were tailored to each individual customer. We found this to be very helpful in increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Initially, we expected that developing our app would take a long time. However, Plavno's PlavnoNova solution had many of the necessary modules already built in, which reduced the development time by more than 220 hours. This saved us both time and money, and allowed us to launch our app sooner than we had anticipated.

The development process was very transparent and well-organized. In addition to daily standups and bi-weekly sprints, we had regular demo meetings to review the progress. Jira was used to track all the tasks and progress, and the project manager was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Any issues that came up were resolved quickly and efficiently, and the overall experience was very positive.

Even during the initial estimation process, we could see that the entire team was engaged and collaborative. Everyone contributed to the estimation process, and they recommended multiple options for us to choose from. It was clear that the team had a lot of experience working together, and that they understood the business side of things. This made the onboarding process quick and easy, and we were able to get started on the project right away. Also, the engineers are very knowledgeable about the technical aspects of the project, which make the development process go smoothly.

Plavno worked very hard on our behalf. Our outdated computer programs have been updated to look better and function better. Additionally, they ensured that there would be no issues with these programs' compatibility. The main items they provided were training materials to instruct our team on how to use the new software, instructions and documents that helped us understand how to use the brand-new computer program, and an entirely new program that functions well.

The new software is more effective now, which greatly improves our workflow.
