I’m the VP of marketing for a furniture company. In my position, I handle all tasks related to marketing our products through digital and traditional channels.

We were trying to improve our brand’s online visibility through SEO strategies.

First, we started working with Page One Power on a project to bring visibility to high-level expert content that we had developed for our brand. Throughout this project, they helped me identify and optimize the content that we had spent a lot of money on developing. Then, they executed a plan of action where they marketed that content through strategic influencers.

I work with an account manager and two other people. One of them is involved in the outreach, and the other is in charge of content development.

I did a lot of research online, including sites like Clutch and Reddit, and got recommendations from people inside the industry. Ultimately, we chose Page One Power.

We spend between $80,000–$100,000 per year.

We started working together in July 2020, and our engagement is ongoing.

So far, we’ve seen double-digit and triple-digit increases in engagement with the content we’ve developed, helping our marketing efforts and achieving an overall 30% increase in our site’s traffic.

From the start, Page One Power has been very professional in the setup and understanding of our needs. Their team is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Additionally, they’re very transparent about how they perform their outreach, which is very important and not often seen in the SEO space.

The quality of Page One Power’s outreach is impressive. The selection of the influencers they choose to reach out to has always been of high quality, which I really like.

It would be great if Page One Power improved the tools they use for reporting. I’ve worked with other companies that use dashboards and project management tools, but Page One Power only uses Google Docs.

If you have important content that you want to bring visibility to, work with them. Page One Power offers extremely high-quality SEO; they prioritize quality over quantity.

I am an SEO Manager at a major tech company, where I oversee outreach initiatives globally.

Each project begins with a research phase, where we provide the vendor with our pages and goals and they provide us with their view of the opportunity and scale. From there, they prospect for potential sites. We review the prospecting list, and they reach out to any we approve and engage in the type of link-building specified (guest posting, reclamation, etc.).

We primarily interact with a Lead Project Manager from the vendor.

We have seen our top pages move into higher positions (for example, from an average position in the 2-4 range to an average position in the 1-2 range). In addition, this vendor has published many high-quality links for us

We meet virtually on a bi-weekly basis to discuss updates, blockers, and other needs. The vendor also keeps an up-to-date dashboard so we can see the progress of each campaign, and our point of contact always responds quickly whenever I have any questions

Many vendors in this industry tend to be better at the sales element than the delivery. With Page One Power, I've really appreciated how transparent they are throughout the process. They don't overpromise, and instead conduct research before engagement so they can give us a realistic view of the opportunity and associate cost.

I would like the overall percentage of rejected prospecting sites to go down. Right now, it's at a manageable level, but some additional quality control before sending could help improve that percentage overall. That said, we reject a lower percentage from this vendor than from most of our other vendors because the quality is usually very high
