OpenMoves has been working on providing digital marketing services to us for about 3 years. The main focus is on PPC and SEO. Key deliverables are provided in our bimonthly reporting and via project planning spreadsheets. Communication is ongoing to ensure we are meeting our goals.

Conversion rates are the main outcomes that we are looking for. Impressions, pageviews, and referral sources are also looked at.

OpenMoves delivers items on time and are great at communicating where they are at with our account. We go over wins and areas where we can continue to improve.

Their flexibility. We are in a very competitive industry, and we needed a vendor who understands the complexity of advertising to our audience. Their flexibility with learning new regulations and implementing new features has been very helpful.

There was a time when it seemed that we were coasting with some of the PPC-related services. When we brought it to their attention, they remedied the situation and we worked together to make changes on the account. Our current PPC reps are great!

I’m the VP of a company that manufactures and distributes specific products that go into steel construction work.

We sell a lot of very specific items and unique things needed for construction projects done by steel fabricators. However, we found it difficult to get our target audience to remember us for these unique items. Given that these fabricators frequently go straight to Google and other search engines to find the products they need, we wanted to get ranked for these very specific words.

OpenMoves provides us with SEO, PPC, and other marketing services. Initially, they focused mostly on keyword research and SEO to try to get ranked higher in search engines organically. However, our field had become very competitive, and bigger companies had been investing in their positioning efforts for quite some time. Therefore, OpenMoves started focusing on PPC and other types of Google Ads, which worked better for us.

We work with three people from OpenMoves, including Jason (Senior SEO Specialist).

I found them through a recommendation from another manufacturer. This person had also gone through several service providers without finding success until he found OpenMoves. At the time, I interviewed them and around 10 other companies, but I ultimately hired OpenMoves because I found them to be very effective.

We’ve spent around $250,000 so far, including the ad spend.

We started working together in January 2019, and our engagement is ongoing.

OpenMoves has done a great job of getting us to the front page of search results. Five years ago, we got less than one inquiry a day on average. Now, we get between 10–20 inquiries daily. Given that we sell very specific products, some inquiries can be worth around $25,000.

OpneMoves is very efficient, clear, and concise. They tell us what they need from us to get something done, and once we give it to them, they get it done. We mostly communicate via phone calls and emails, although we have occasional Zoom meetings. Additionally, they use CallRail for call tracking and marketing analytics.

OpenMoves’ understanding of search engine algorithms and the metrics required to get high rankings is outstanding.

I don’t know if there’s something OpenMoves could do better. They’ve been very effective so far.

I don’t have any particular advice because it depends on the client’s situation. OpenMoves works perfectly for getting highly specific products ranked on page one of search results.
