The scope of work included creating the "Dressing Room" screen for accessing expert-designed paid training, implementing a multilingual training management system, integrating In-App Purchase for buying virtual currency ("BALLS") used in training purchases, and developing a statistics module to track training sales.

The project improved the app, making it more engaging and effective. The introduction of the Dressing Room screen and In-App Purchases increased user interaction and boosted revenue. The ability to add training programs in multiple languages expanded the app’s reach, attracting a more diverse, global audience. Additionally, the new training statistics module provided valuable insights that will help guide future development. Overall, the project enhanced the app’s appeal, functionality, and user retention.

The scope of work for our project involved designing an intuitive and visually appealing UX/UI specifically for female motorcyclists, ensuring the app was easy to use and accessible. A cohesive brand identity was developed, including a logo, color scheme, and typography that aligned with the app's mission to empower women in the motorcycling community. The app was built using Flutter, ensuring seamless cross-platform functionality for both iOS and Android users. Key features such as event planning tools, group ride organization, and location-based event searches were integrated to boost user engagement. The app also allowed for customizable user profiles, enabling riders to showcase their motorcycles and riding style. Additionally, an easy-to-use Admin Panel was developed for managing users and events, and a promotional landing page was created to drive app downloads and highlight key features. They were the executors of my vision.
