I’m the president of Home Loan Energy, a mortgage loan originating company.

We needed help creating a website.

Ivio created our website from scratch, allowing folks to find us online and know about our services. Additionally, users can apply for a mortgage loan through the site.

I’ve worked with Dustin (Founder), Kayla (Operations Coordinator), Natalie (Creative Director), Devon (Lead Designer), and some other teammates. Dustin and Kayla are our main points of contact.

We saw that Ivio designed the website of one of the leading loan officers in the market. We looked them up, and based on their website, we found that they were exactly what we needed.

I own a therapy practice that focuses on relationships. I have 15 therapists and 2 Client Care Coordinators.

Our company has been through many digital marketing companies in the past and I needed a new company that I could help with website building, SEO, and overall online marketing. Ivio was recommended to me by my accounting team.

We hired Ivio Agency to redesign our website.

We showed Ivio Agency our existing website, which was fairly basic, and they built a new one. They designed the entire site and its content, including each of the pages, items related to practice areas, and attorney bios. They added tabs that enable clients to pay bills or retainers. The website is completed, but they continue to update and maintain it.

Our interface is with Dustin (Principal), and they have people working behind the scenes as well.

They were one of a couple of firms that were recommended to us. We met with Dustin, and he seemed like a good fit based on his plan, ideas, and price point, as well as what he was willing to do.

The site they built is much more professional-looking, accessible, and user-friendly than our previous one. We can now track new business based on the source, such as whether it’s coming from the website or our own referrals. We can also use Google Analytics to see what pages we show up on for different searches. Ivio Agency provides reports, and we monitor the analytics ourselves as well.

They completed the web design in a very timely manner, and they continue to provide updates on a regular basis.

I’m the creator of Dear Hooman, a lifestyle blog written from the perspective of a dog. The whole purpose of the blog is to remind humans to live each day the way dogs do.

Dear Hooman is a really fun project, and Ivio helped me with my vision.

Ivio provided brand direction and website development services. They created everything for me. I just gave them my ideas and the content, and they helped me put everything together — they made the project come to life. I sent them quotes and different visuals that I wanted on the blog, and they put it all into graphics and animations.

I usually worked with three people. I started working with Dustin (Founder), who runs the business. Devon (Lead Designer) really helped me with a lot of the design work, and then another woman, Selene (Frontend Developer), put together and developed the website.

I know about Ivio and their fantastic reputation because I’m a media buyer in my main business, so we work in the same world. I’ve had them do projects for some of my clients. I know a lot of branding and web development agencies, but they’re who I wanted to work with on this project.

The total project cost was about $6,000.

This collaboration began in April 2020 and finished at the end of October of the same year.

I’m very critical in this space, but I was really happy with the results. In terms of measuring success, I was happy that the final product was what I wanted — it was in line with my vision, felt like me, and was what I was hoping for the brand.

I was really happy with their clear communication, which I think is usually the biggest issue to overcome. They were fantastic at executing on my vision, taking direction, and running with it. They were also great at finishing each page and project in a timely manner.

Above and beyond, they are just great people. They’re people that you can trust to be around moving forward, which is so important when you have a website — you want to know that whoever creates it is going to be there to help you manage it along the way as things come up. I feel confident with Ivio as people. I think that they have a great team and dynamic in terms of how they work together to make it all happen at the end of the day.

So far in my experience with them, I haven’t run into too much of anything like that. I can’t think of anything off the top of my head.

For any of this, I think it’s just about the organization. It’s always a tall task when you’re putting together a brand or website. I took a lot of time to put everything into Dropbox folders and outline the project, and that worked well with our relationship because they could then take everything and run with it. If the client isn’t clear on what they want or is a bit less organized, it can be tough for an agency to execute the project. Sometimes, we have to hold the client liable for that. I would recommend just being clear as you go into the relationship.
