The AI agent proactively retrieves information from various repositories, in this case, from the ERP SAP system. This information is processed entirely automatically, generating insights that are subsequently reported to specific personnel. These insights are presented as suggestions and serve as a foundation for analysts to make informed decisions. This process significantly improved operational efficiency, reducing the time required for manual data retrieval and insight generation.

We achieved a 50% improvement in operational efficiency, enhancing decision-making processes and reducing response times by over 70%. The current staff can now handle an increased number of clients and decisions thanks to the productivity boost provided by the AI agent.
