The service launched and was able to meet SLAs/KPIs set out by us and our client. This included uptime, time to process new schedules, ability for tutors to find and book lessons and fill rate of those lessons (for tutors).

They provided a PM an BA that was able to gather our requirements and communicate them to the engineers. They had QA team that were able to test solutions and demonstrate them back to us.

Their communication, work ethic, and desire to give a positive outcome for their client are impressive. There focus is always on delivering a usable solution that we are happy with rather than ticking boxes to say they have done what was in the brief/spec.

Our CEO and CTO helped choose Inoxoft. Their availability, excellent communication, and the solution documentation they provided were the most important decision considerations for us. In addition to meeting all of our needs, their platform description included feedback on how to effectively deploy the technologies and enhancements. We were very surprised and decided on this progressive team right away.

There are at least 10 people on the team, including a PM, a BA, a designer, frontend/backend developers, and several QA engineers. We intend to hire more professionals within time and per need.

Since the team is still developing, it is too early to discuss the outcomes. Only two outcomes of the sprints and features have been released thus far. They were flawlessly constructed. But since the SaaS platform is a sophisticated financial solution, further features must be added in order to get quantifiable results.

Their commitment to ensuring our requirements were satisfied was the most remarkable. From the beginning, they were aware of our needs and made every effort to meet them. The group goes above and beyond to accommodate our demands. As though we were physically there during the development process, we receive project updates down to the smallest detail.
