As a result we have a clickable prototype that feels polished and scalable. We’ve already started using it in investor conversations, and the response has been overwhelmingly positive. The next phase will be gathering feedback from real HR teams, but we’re already seeing that the direction is solid.

Habitat came on board to lead the full UX/UI redesign across our client platform. The scope was wide, and they handled it all — from research and strategy through to design systems and production-ready UI.

The output was polished and flexible. The design system Habitat delivered will support us as we continue to grow the product, and the consistency across web and mobile has already made a huge difference in how our client early users experience the platform. We’ve gotten a lot of great feedback from the testing team — especially around how much faster it is to send invoices, how easy it is to read financial summaries now, and how surprisingly useful the mobile app has become in the day-to-day.
