I had outsourced app development to a company overseas and we hit a ceiling with everything we could accomplish with them. I hired FrameSixty to take over app development, migrate us to proper servers, go through and clean up the code, polish up the app, and get us on the app store. Because our app has user generated content, Apple was very strict with allowing us on the store. FrameSixty navigated this process and worked incredibly quickly to adjust to problems and get us successfully approved onto the app store.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

FrameSixty helped improve our app with some luxury features as well as increased the speed of everything and overall user experience. They successfully navigated all of Apple’s strict regulation for user generated content, creating and adjusting features to get us approved onto the App Store.

I am a non technical person, so I relied heavily on their communication and transparency which was very helpful. They work with an incredible urgency, getting tasks done with a great turnaround and creative problem-solving that saves us time and money. We had weekly meetings to cover progress and strategy, which was also very helpful.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I really felt like FrameSixty was “on my team.” With other companies I have had experiences that are a bit cold and there is a lot of friction in getting things done or working together. FrameSixty understood the project very well from the start, worked quickly, gave me options, had great communication and transparency, and got the job done!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Frame Sixty, LLC could have done differently?

I have nothing - this has been a fantastic and successful experience.
