Around the 1-2nd quarter of the year, there were some delays regarding contacting influencers or taking care of budgets, but these parts have since been resolved, and running smoothly now.

Our partnership with Favoured has been effective, producing exchange of ideas and resources for our mutual goals. However, we have occasionally encountered delays related to project deadlines or communication. While these instances are infrequent, a better way of communicating more timely may be helpful.

Favoured took on email, fb and google advertising and creative.. Email - redid all the flows and redesigned all the emails , also campaign emails of about 2 a month.

We have seen growth in all areas thanks to signing with Favoured. Our top line revenue is increasing steadily, our KPIS are being met in terms of ad spend and emails share revenue is also up thanks to the MOF teams work on flows. Compared to last year the last 5 months have seen an increase in revenue of around 80% - thanks in large part to the integrated approach of the team to email, fb and google advertising.

Yes the team went above and beyond certainly in the onboarding stage and continue to meet deadlines, they listen and implement things in an easy professional manner.

The team are really great to work with, they are all great at what they do and have been respectful and interested in our company. I look forward to our meetings and feel that we can continue to achieve great things for Elephant Box together!

I would like more contact with the creative side of the work, I cannot fault Jacob Louise and Ivan comms skills and work ethic but going forward I think we can focus more on the creative side of the campaigns to continue to see great results. MOF was great - the design and work on the flows has delivered measurable improvements , the campaigns haven’t done so well but im not sure if thats to do with the team.

The cost of acquisition of content creators has come down which is very exciting! The newsletter keeps us in our users’ inbox and minds. Ads are a great way to attract content creators.

Due to the current circumstances (min budget) everyone is very flexible and deadlines are met. We need to be more responsive regarding the newsletters.

I'm impressed by their approach and understanding of our industry and what we are looking at achieving with SMASH. And flexibility.

We need to be a bit more involved with the newsletter and possibly look at how we can add more value to our users. Something we’re looking forward to developing in 2024.
