Emizen Tech was tasked with taking a concept for a mobile app, designing it, developing it, and testing it. The concept evolved over time into a very robust, full featured app. In addition, I asked them to act as product managers, developing new, functional product ideas that would set apart from the competition. We also decided to add AI functionality near the end of the development cycle.

The app is full featured and delivered on time. When we went live, there were a few glitches, but we fixed those very quickly, and the app is now solid.

Emizen Tech is very well organized and uses tools to track changes, issues, upgrades, etc. All people involved in the app's design and development are engaged in the tracking system, which works well.

Their setup works very well.

This is my first time developing a mobile app, so I have little experience in this area. Emizen Techguidance and services were excellent, allowing us to finish the job on time and within budget.

Emizen Tech’s approach was strategic and comprehensive from the start. They designed an IoT-enabled inventory and supply chain management solution specifically tailored to our needs in the functional food and supplement industry. They installed sensors throughout our storage facilities to continuously monitor stock levels and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity, both critical to preserving the quality of our ingredients. They also set up tracking sensors along our supply chain to monitor shipments and provide real-time updates on their status and location. The key deliverables included setting up the IoT infrastructure, developing a user-friendly dashboard to monitor and manage inventory remotely, and integrating alerts that notify us of low stock or changes in environmental conditions that might risk spoilage.

The results of this project have changed the way we operate. Since using Emizen Tech’s IoT system, inventory management has improved significantly. The use of real time stock level monitoring enables restocking before ingredients run out which has eliminated ingredient shortages. Also, more effective monitoring and management of environmental conditions has reduced the wastage of perishable products. All these changes have ensured that there are lesser production cycle interruptions and lower expenses related to these interruptions.

They were highly organized and delivered each stage of the project on time. Whenever we had questions or new requests, they were responsive and proactive in addressing our needs. Communication was clear and consistent, making it easy for us to stay informed on progress and next steps.
