They started a Skype group for communication. Whenever I use to have any type of issues or doubts related to link-building I use to ping them on the group and use to receive the response immediately. I use to receive monthly reports and invoices at the end of the month through email. We use to have a shared Google sheet in which they used to update the pricing and other tasks.

The CEO of the company is very friendly. All the employees I've worked with have good knowledge of SEO and link building.
