We have hired 5 Python developers, 2 Angular Js Developers, 2 UI/UX designers, and 2 content writers to date.The project is ongoing in the maintenance and system update phase. We have developed an AI-enabled workforce/HR management system with five modules, each representing an important hierarchy of an organization's workforce. Each module has five sub-modules, catering to all the company's workforce sectors.

They completed the first draft of the UI design fairly fast. The database was complex, but their developers were pretty quick to finish it as well. Content Writing had a lot of iterations, but Digital Aptech was very dedicated and consistent with me to get the best results. Overall, the team performed well.

Their project management is automated. They use Slack channels to provide updates weekly, and to date, they have missed very few deadlines but made up for those very quickly. I didn't have to set up meetings, as the assigned project manager took care of that.

Overall they are very good with client handling. They work very fast to deliver before deadlines but sometimes that can hamper quality in the future so they might want to take their time for smooth delivery.

Aptech were contracted to provide graphical design services. We already had a team of programmers in house but no ability to produce original artwork or graphical designs for new sites (i.e. lacking a creative team). Aptech provided not only a graphical designer to provide these services but the skillset offered extended through print, socials and other media such that we could bring a new website to the market and then ensure all supplementary graphic requirements were suitably in keeping.

We were able to see the benefit of having dedicated creative staff supporting our programmers and by having such it dramatically decreased our lead time on new site development by taking this away from programmers. This allowed the programmers to focus on functionality whilst Aptech took care of the graphical elements ready for our programmers to 'drop in'.

Digital Aptech was very conscious of our business needs, and we had daily communication throughout. At times Aptech would work quicker than we could work which occasionally lead to us not being able to fully utilise the time we were paying for each month - This is not such a bad thing. As all communication was by email we can't fault response times in that emails were generally replied to within the hour within the agreed working timeframe.

Outside of the work itself the management team at Aptech were always very attentive in checking on the progress of their staff, the work being done and whether anything more could be done to improve the situation.

We were generally very happy with the service, perhaps some elements of communication were occasionally lost in translation but this is to be expected with remotely based staff and there being language differences. However, this was generally compensated for by regular updates, emails and 'staged checks' on work in that nothing ever went too far down the wrong path before it was caught and then fixed. However, would be happy to recommend Aptech's services for anyone looking for a remote contractor

Once the project is awarded, DAPL will create a development plan and timeline in conjunction with our Project Management team. Weekly status meetings provide updates on development and answers to DAPL questions as needed. Development is monitored on a weekly basis with status meetings, updated reports, and demonstrations of development to date.

Provided a high level engineering supervisor for project management facing to our team. Very knowledgeable, timely and professional. Project plans were used and followed, mostly on time. Additional resources were available as needed. '

Senior management and the Project manager were excellent communicators and very technical and knowledgeable. Turnover was very low, which means to me that employees like working there. High Turn over can be a problem in India. I felt like they were my friends if not family. They are a great and responsive vendor.

DAPL would bring in an expert senior consultant on some bids. We felt that he might propose a solution that was too complicated or elegant and consequently drive up the price and as as result we were not competitive. In hind sight we should have asked for the Project Manager to bid/Lead on these new projects. That is the only construction comment, all else was very good.
