I’m the non-tech founder of Melody Lane app.

As a non-technical founder, I needed help thinking through what I wanted my app to look like.

Designli has helped me think through who my audience will be and how to reach out to them. They work on two-week sprints, each of which they call solution labs. The team has also helped me figure out what I want the wireframes to look like. Designli has conducted a two-week sprint where we brainstormed and talked through the idea to develop a clickable prototype. The team has also helped me identify user personas and tailor the app to potential users.

I’ve worked with a project manager, a UX/UI designer, and a backend support teammate.

I’ve spent about $14,000.

I’ve been using the prototype to gauge market interest. I’ve been sending out different ads through social media, and I’m getting a lot of positive feedback on the prototype.

Designli has stayed on track during the solution process. We communicate via Google Meet and Basecamp.

I appreciate that Designli has asked the appropriate questions to help me consider scalability and design a user-friendly app. The team is an expert in their field and has been able to walk me through things I hadn't considered.

Designli will ask lots of questions and point out things you need to consider. Keep a document of those questions and come to each meeting with the answers so you can stay consistent with your goals.

I’m the founder and CEO of a neurodiverse children’s app for self-emotional regulation.

We hired Designli to help us build the prototype for our app for iOS and Android.

Designli helped us build a clickable prototype of our app. We went through a two-week solution lab, during which they designed and built the MVP of the app. I provided them with a brand kit and the mascots that we would be using in the app, and they built everything from scratch based on my instructions.

During the solution lab, we worked through any issues, most of which were just design changes. We used Basecamp for project management and communicated via email, Google Meet, and Figma. Overall, the team met deadlines and stayed on budget.

Designli had great expertise; they understood well what was required in an app. They were good communicators and very prompt in responding to any questions or feedback I had.

Designli helped us brainstorm and create a mock-ups of our web app. We met with several team members to establish the timeline. I met with them several times to give them information and brainstorm together. Then, Designli presented the final Figma presentation and potential next steps should we retain them to continue working on the project.

I'm a consultant at a consulting company. However, I'm working as a program manager, advisor, and investor for our end client, WellBe Medical LLC.

We needed help with design solutions and implementing a mobile app and website for our end client.

Designli is developing our end client's mobile app and website from scratch. We started with a discovery phase where we set high-level requirements, and Designli has been responsible for the UX/UI design and frontend development. They've built the app for Android and iOS, and it is a directory for medical practices. Designli has also been working on the backend of the registration pages.

We've worked with Enrique, the Product Manager; Keith, the CEO; a Project Manager; three developers: Angel, Diego, and Didier; Joshua, who was in charge of CX; and another person.

We found them through a Google search. We looked for companies that do medical mobile development. After narrowing it down to three, we ultimately selected them.

We've spent around $181,000.

We've been working together since August 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

The progress has been excellent. It's starting to look like a real app regarding features and functionalities.

They're ahead of schedule and responsive. Designli delivers something every two weeks; we haven't encountered any bugs yet. They manage the project using Jira, but I'm not involved. We use Basecamp, emails, and Google Meet to communicate regularly on progress. They're always moving; when we haven't reacted quickly enough, they move on to something else.

Enrique, Angel, Diego, and Didier have stood out. They've answered our questions and been patient. They've been working with me the way I like to work, so it's been very good. Enrique is always polite, and I encourage him to talk with me instead of being a yes-man.

We've been impressed with their flexibility and responsiveness to our needs and feedback.

We could've handled the requirements better, such as digging deeper into what would be needed. The requirements I wrote up were very vague. However, we had a very full schedule, so we couldn't have gone much deeper than we did. We needed more guidance to elicit more requirements.

Be clear about what you want going in and communicate it. Don't be vague.

Designli has been developing the prototype of our app. The app is intended for both iOS and Android platforms. The team has also been creating the logo and the app's layout, including its colors and design. Moreover, they've been giving suggestions and working with me on the design.

We've had Keith, Tyler, and our developer and designer. More people are behind the scenes, but I've only met with them over Zoom.

I found Designli through online searching. I did a good amount of research and saw the reviews on Clutch. I went back and researched more in detail; if I saw anything, I tried to trace it back. I interviewed 4–5 different companies, and Designli was head and shoulders above everybody else. Their responses and approach were head and shoulders above everybody else.

Designli's work has been outstanding. Even when, on the few things where we've had a hiccup, if I've talked to Keith, he's been very responsive and taken care of it. There haven't been any bad surprises, only good surprises. The team has done everything they said they would, and I haven't been blindsided at any moment.

Designli has been very responsive and on time. They've clarified what we're going to do at each moment. They've also clarified what we will work on with each session before our meetings. They've ensured that we know what we're working towards, identified what we need to do, and explained the decision process. Overall, the project management has been run effectively.

Our designer and developer has been phenomenal. Additionally, Tyler has also been excellent, walking me through the initial phase and pointing out what I can expect. Lastly, Keith has also been outstanding. He's contacted me after the fact to make sure I'm satisfied.

Designli has been great. They've been very responsive, and we've had access to everything. Also, Keith has said that they want us 100% happy and that they want us to be able to meet with our investors, which has been our goal from the beginning, and I appreciate that.

There's nothing they can do better. They've addressed everything immediately and haven't left anything to chance. They don't just leave our requests hanging out there. They actually take care of them. Keith has had phone calls with us and has taken care of it. We've had conversations about this, and he has followed up. They've addressed and changed what we've been concerned about. And so, I think there hasn't been anything they could have done better because they've addressed everything.

I wish I had the process written down with my notes before the meetings. I've shared some things but could have been more efficient with it.
