We needed to test digital channels as growth levers for our international sales team. We were unable to build this muscle on our own and wanted to invest more in giving this a shot.

We found a few european based agencies with experience doing B2B SaaS demand generation using digital channels. Codedesign had the best prior experience and most responsive team.

They helped us structure a research project around our European market. Then they used those findings to build an integrated digital demand gen campaign, including target audiences/lists, landing pages, and ads across a variety of ad channels. Our goal was to generate pipeline using these channels.

I worked closely with Anatolio and Filipe - the project manager and digital lead, respectively. They managed workflow with a team behind the scenes.

Unfortunately we were unable to generate pipeline returns from the program as cost per lead was prohibitively high. However, we learned a lot about our market and their iterative approach made me confident that we did our best to test this channel for our market.

The Codedesign team was very proactive and owned their side of the project. They also held me and the rest of our team accountable to our deliverables.

Their positivity and willingness to try new things. This project was frustrating for everyone at times due to our target market's limited online presence. Nevertheless, the team dug team to try and prove value of digital channels.

Towards the end of the project, we realized that we were getting lower cost per lead with local language-based ads. Maybe we could have invested more in that approach from the get go to see if it helped us generate better results.

I am the Marketing Director for a biotechnology company that designs and manufactures PCR reagents, master mixes and kits for Life Science Research and Clinical Diagnostics. Our solutions in Molecular Biology and Molecular Diagnostics include select products in both liquid and lyophilized formulations and range from qPCR to One-Step RT-qPCR Master Mixes, as well as Key Components for qPCR Assays such as Reverse Transcriptases, RNase Inhibitors and Polymerases.

Codedesign was hired to strategize and manage the overall PPC campaign inciatives whose objectives were targeted to both lead generation and e-commerce growth.

Codedesign's PPC strategy proposal and considerable know-how in how to leverage our PPC budget to its full extent were the key deciding factors.

An initial strategy was laid out in accordance with our key objectives, followed by detailed iterations of the implementation according to objectives and products details. After a top-line evaluation there was a more tactical and detailed oriented approach around keyword selection, which involved a back and forth between Codedesign's PPC campaign manager and our technical evaluation of keywords.

Ecommerce conversion metrics were consistently met with a monthly average of 650% ROAS - meaning a considerable increase in revenue attributed to paid media efforts. Campaign improvements and dashboard adaptations were also delivered every week. On top of that, overall website metrics improved month after month. Unique users increased, Bounce rate decreased, pages per session increased.

They have a flexible and adaptable project management style, being able to quickly overcome initial hurdles and quickly understand key obstacles in our industry. Data Studio dashboard for metric evaluations were critical. MS Teams was the standard tool of choice for meetings and they were always a phonecall away for emergencies. Overall, they’ve always been helpful, empathetic, and approachable.

The level of professionalism and can-do attitude, as well as their abillity to provide solutions for any digital obstacle or objective. Their perception and knowledge of the digital realm and the paid media landscape were paramount in achieving our objectives.

Due to peak work times, ocasionally communication would slow down and ability to provide a solution would take longer than expected.

We are an international boutique Real Estate investment and family-office sized company, acting mainly in the Portuguese real estate residential market, focused specially on the development of ultra-luxury residential projects for high-end buyers from allover the world. Some of our developments sold out easily and, the main goal was fully achieved, with was to make Mexto's direct sales channels top #1 on sales, since we where also adding brokers with further bigger budgets and digital strategies.

Very professional and clear and with quite interesting online tools to share all information, such as Trello, etc. We usually had a meeting per week but WhatsApp was always on for any doubt.

The first approach and way they understand the challenge was quite significant and distinctive. They were, for sure, a one-stop shop for all digital affairs and with a great capacity to solve problems.

Time to times, communication tends to slow down probably due to, peak work phases, and this may cause some entropy in the work-flow.
