I work for the TBC Corporation and we own several tire and automotive brands and companies. I’m the director of content and creative services. My team is responsible to digital content across all company-owned properties.

We needed to write product descriptions for hundreds of SKUs in just a few short months. We didn’t have the resources to do it in-house, so we needed a partner who could get it done quickly.

This project was specifically content generation for product descriptions. The descriptions needed to provide features and benefits for all of them. Have a solid understanding of what your project is and determine any gray areas ahead of time. It’s helpful to approach the project like you’re the vendor being interviewed to determine what’s unclear.

I am the marketing manager of American Steel Carports. We manufacture and install carports in 26 states.

Until all of our keywords are ranking at the top of Google, there's always more that could be done, but ClickGiant did a great job overall considering how competitive our industry is.
