I’m the senior marketing manager of QualityLogic, a software testing services provider.

We were trying to increase the number of qualified leads that came in through organic and PPC channels. As both SEO and PPC were a challenge for us, we went to Bear Fox Marketing for help.

Bear Fox Marketing helps us improve what we're doing internally. We work closely with their team on keyword research and PPC campaign strategies.

Stephen (VP of Agency Operations) is my main point of contact, and at least 3–4 other people are working on our account.

Bear Fox Marketing was a referral from our current marketing agency. We had several in-depth conversations with their team and asked them about their experience and the advantages of bringing them to the table compared to other agencies. Then, they put together a proposal for us. After reviewing it, we felt that they would be the best fit for our team, so we moved forward.

Bear Fox Marketing has helped us increase our lead volume better than other SEO and PPC partners that we worked with in the past. As we’re in a very competitive business, I don’t want to disclose exact numbers. However, they’ve helped us increase our lead generation enough to justify what we’ve spent, and we’ve seen a strong ROI come out of those efforts.

Bear Fox Marketing’s project management is excellent. We’re a very demanding client, but they’ve been incredible to work with, and they’ve helped us elevate our own game. We communicate via email, Slack, and Zoom.

Bear Fox Marketing took the time to understand our industry instead of just promising instant results. We’re in a complicated and highly technical industry, so it requires a lot of knowledge to make the impact that they have made. They invested an incredible amount of time in making that happen.

I wouldn’t ask Bear Fox Marketing to do anything differently; they’ve never overpromised. From the start, they said that this project would be a challenge, and they've worked hard with us. I believe that they thought it would be easier, but when they realized that it wouldn’t, they stepped up to the challenge.

Take their advice. We felt that we had a very good understanding of what needed to be done, but we were open and willing to try new ideas that Bear Fox Marketing suggested, and we’ve seen the results pay off because of that.

Tekmetric is a SaaS-based shop management system for the independent auto repair industry. I assist with the marketing and branding needs of the organization.

During the budget discussions, they rolled the advertising spend into their management fees. This is very deceptive and it unnecessarily inflates their quotation. It was difficult to separate their actual management fees from the total spend. The adv expense could easily go up and down, I was interested in knowing the cost of their services and it was not clear.

It is still early in the engagement, and there have not been any deliverables or results to evaluate their project management performance at this stage. We communicate via in-person meetings, emails, and messages.

So far, everything seems to be going well, and I have not identified any areas for improvement.
