For our SaaS platform, we work with Artkai to get everything from designing an entirely new UI through dedicated developers and scoped/quoted projects. The key deliverables include PDFs of discovery work and personas, PDFs and Figma logins of new UI for each page, including desktop and mobile views, regular meetings to review designs, changes based on feedback, and gather additional feedback, and ongoing development team support.

Progress was measured in regular meetings and communication with our excellent account relationship manager. Regular update and progress was shared outside these meetings, as well, with Artkai going above and beyond to ensure everyone's time was being spent efficiently. Additionally, for the development team, we have daily stand up around daily code commits.
