The scope of this project covers the complete UX and UI design process for Lovetriphub.com, from initial concept to final delivery and testing. The goal is to create a modern, user-friendly, and scalable platform that aligns with our brand vision and meets the needs of our target audience.

The project is distinguished by an outstanding UX design and highly effective collaboration throughout the development of Lovetriphub. The project is currently ongoing and progressing according to plan.

One area I shared feedback on was the reliance on Figma as the primary collaborative space. While it worked well for design-specific work, it wasn’t ideal for broader product definition, user research findings and any other documentation. To fill that gap, we set up our own Notion workspace as the source of truth for definitions and non-design context.In future projects, incorporating a shared tool like that from the outset could help streamline collaboration and alignment across disciplines.

We were assigned a product manager who served as our main point of contact for project progression and designer coordination. While the designers were largely autonomous and proactive, having a PM ensured smooth project management. Thanks to a well-structured plan, we successfully delivered the project on time.

For all vendors and individuals we collaborate with, top-tier skills are a prerequisite, but proactivity is what truly sets great talent apart. The design team we ultimately chose at Arounda not only possessed the technical expertise to meet our requirements and the autonomy to execute with detailed design specs, but they consistently went above and beyond. They proactively brought forward improved suggestions, enhanced UI/UX flows, and thoughtful feature recommendations that strengthened our platform’s design system, making it more cohesive and elevating the overall user experience. True talent is demonstrated when a team delivers not just answers to your questions but even better solutions than you initially envisioned. I can't recommend Arounda enough for your design system needs.

Our project involved a complex design system requirement, and our team is notably more hands-on compared to most engagements. One potential improvement early on could be to ask the client about their preferred team member profiles or key qualities they value. While we were ultimately paired with a great and proactive team, as mentioned earlier, technical skill alone isn’t the only requirement. Aligning on priorities at the project’s outset could enhance initial team alignement fro the onset.
