They texted us on Instagram. We decided to give it a chance as they we're very, very nice, patient and answered every question we had before starting the consultation. Moreover the first consultation was for free which was a great start to check out their services

My company is an online marketplace application focusing on b2b and B2c in the leisure sector.

We struggled with creating a presence on the app store. Our app had launched but wasn't getting much traction organically. As we prepared to scale it was important that we had a strategy to improve this.

App store marketing is not a perfect science. Results are not guaranteed, and all suggestions might not work equally well, and factors beyond your control can affect your apps performance at any time(for example the app store algo changing or losing a featured spot etc). This is not so much an area for improvement but rather a reminder for clients to set expectations correctly.
