We wanted to automatically optimize energy storage for our customers, so that the system would know when to store energy and when to use it. On top of that, we wanted to connect our devices to the grid so that the customers could sell off excess energy, or buy from the grid when they needed it:

We ran project management and incorporated the developers directly into our squads. Delivery of tickets, measurement of actuals vs estimates, and feedback were handled directly by our team leads.
